While watching the Olympics, the topic turned to polytheism as the boys noted the Chinese gymnasts praying before an event. We spoke about how many people don’t love and worship the one true God but have many gods and idols that they worship.
The little rumblings in Haddon’s mind caused him to ask the sweet and thoughtful question that must have been generated when thinking about all the possibilites out there in the false God arena:
“If I sit really still, will they worship me?”
